  • Carrot and coriander soup, spiced ginger croutons, fresh bread and salted butter
  • Smoked salmon, prawn and dill pate, Lemon dressing and crisp ciabatta
  • Chicken liver parfait, caramelised onion and port confit, warm toast
  • Grilled haloumi with a Thai vegetable salad

From the carvery

  • Roast topside of beef
  • Roast leg of pork

  • A selection of fresh vegetables, Yorkshire puddings, Stuffing and rich gravy

From the kitchen

  • Pan fried sea bass fillet, thickened mussel and vegetable broth
  • Roasted Mediterranean vegetable and goat’s cheese wellington, tomato, and pesto sauce
